Sea Gull Lighting Products FREE UPS GROUND Shipping Terms
- FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50
- To simplify the shipping process Sea Gull now ships on Tuesday and Thursday mornings only.
- For your convenience we ship direct from the Sea Gull (Generation Brands) factory warehouses in Riverside, NJ (primary). or Las Vegas, NV (some products)
- All stock quantities are from our daily stock feed from Sea Gull Lighting The stock feed updates the site every morning by 9pm EST.
- For orders to ship Tuesday we must have them no later that 3pm EST Monday afternoon.
- For orders to ship Thursday we must have them by 3pm EST Wends day afternoon.
- Orders received after 3pm Wednesday, will ship the following Tuesday.
- Order received by us after 3pm Monday, will ship Thursday.
- No Weekend Shipping
- FAQ: How can I expedite A Sea Gull Or Unique Lightscape Lighting order to ship faster. ( The same day as ordered)?
- Answer: We now have FEDEX Express shipping available at checkout. Please choose the appropriate Method to expedite your order.
- Please Note: We must have your order by 9am for the order to leave the warehouse the same day as ordered.
- Please Note: Large chandeliers can not be expedited. If there is a large chandelier in your order the FedEx Express shipping will not be availably at check out. If you order this item separately the rest of your order can then be expedited.

Unique Lightscaping Products Shipping Terms
- Please allow 3-4 days for Unique Lightscaping order to process and ship out to you from their factory warehouse in El Paso, TX.
- Please Note: Unique Lightscaping is always in stock! Items that are not on the shelf when your order reaches the warehouse, are actually assembled by the warehouse staff and added to your order. This process, at most, adds 1 day to your orders turn around time. This incudes items that are being custom made for you.
Is it really in stock?
- Yes they are! Will not "real time", our stock count does comes directly from the Sea Gull warehouse daily and updates our site every weekday morning by 9am. Exceptions to above.
- Occasionally if there are only 1 or 2 of a particular item in stock, and order placed before yours may take them. In this case we contact you immediatly, during business hours, by both phone and email. Often we can help you find and alternate product. We will have an eta for restock when we call you.
- No weekend or holiday shipping.
General Returns (Buyers Remorse Returns)
Please Note: Do not send products back to Sea Gull Lighting . We will give you the address to return packages to. You will more than likely not receive credit for fixtures sent to address on the label. Since there is nothing on the label to tie the order back to us. Please Note: Do not send products back to our company headquarters in Maine, unless you are instructed to by customer service.. We will give you the address to return packages too.

Payment Methods
For Your convenience we accept the following methods of payment:- We will pick up the incorrect product at the shipping address or any address you specify at our expense with in 3 business days.
- If this is not convenient we will send you a label for the product and you can drop it off at UPS or Staples at your convenience.
- We will reship the correct product at our expense, AS SOON AS WE CAN TRACK THE RETURNING INCORRECT PRODUCT.
- Please note: There are no restock fees on returned incorrectly shipped products.

Please Note: You will never have to pay shipping to return a damaged or defective product.
- If your package has obvious shipping damage. Please refuse it (do not sign for it) and have the driver note the damage. Most drivers will wait for you to open the box it appears damaged, if you ask.
- We will give you credit as soon as we have confirmation the product was refused for damage.
- We will reship the package immediatly (As soon as we can see the product was refused on the UPS site.). No Cost to you.
- Contact us by Email or phone.
- Please if at all possible, email us a picture of the damage. This really streamlines the process!
- We usually reship immediatly. No Cost to you.
- If no picture of the damage is available, on some products, we may issue a call tag for the damaged item and send you another as soon as we have confirmation of a pick-up. No Cost to you
- Please note: In the case of broken glass, chipped glass or defective shades we generally elect to send replacement parts.
